Global Accreditation Body for Business Analysis Certifications

BALearning™ Certified Trainer (BCT™)

How to Become a BALearning Certified Trainer (BCT™) ?

Business Analysis training for various certification exams (including BAEC, BAPC, BALC, and BACC) should ideally be conducted in classrooms or through virtual instructor-led sessions. Every BALearning faculty member must be an expert in the specific BALearning certification they are teaching and thoroughly familiar with the concepts in the BARG Guide. It is also essential for faculty members to be effective teachers, possess strong soft skills to handle various classroom situations, and consistently deliver high-quality training.

Process for Becoming an Accredited BALearning Certified Trainer (BCT™):

  1. Trainers must have at least two years of relevant work experience and be willing to share their insights and practical knowledge in the classes they teach.
  2. They must successfully pass any two BALearning certification exams (from BAEC, BAPC, BALC, and BACC), including the certification course they wish to teach.
  3. Trainers should be familiar with the training resources available on the VMEdu® A.T.P. site, including study guides, handbooks, and recordings of past training sessions. BALearning will provide substantial training materials, which A.T.P.s and trainers can customize for their classes. These resources will focus on Business Analysis concepts rather than exam preparation. Additionally, A.T.P.s or trainers may need to develop supplementary content as needed.
  4. All trainers must be associated with a VMEdu® A.T.P.

Once trainers meet these requirements, they must apply to BALearning™ to become accredited trainers, specifying the details of the A.T.P. they are affiliated with. Upon approval, they will be certified as "BALearning Certified Trainer (BCT™)" and awarded an accreditation certificate, making them eligible to train students for BALearning certifications. Trainers should conduct training only for the A.T.P.s with whom they are associated.

To ensure a high-quality learning experience, trainers must consistently receive positive student feedback. BALearning will regularly collect feedback from students attending classes conducted by VMEdu® A.T.P.s.

Trainers receiving unfavorable feedback must improve their course delivery, or their accreditation as a BCT may be revoked. BALearning reserves the right to terminate any BCT's accreditation due to poor feedback or other reasons.
