- Course extension: If students are unable to complete the course or take the exam within the stipulated time, they can extend their online access either by paying USD 50 for one month.
- Course Cancellation: Students may cancel their course and exam registration within 2 days of payment to BALearning™, provided they have not yet taken the exam. A cancellation fee of USD 50 applies. Cancellation requests will not be accepted after 2 days from the payment date.
- Exam Rescheduling: Students can reschedule their proctored exam by paying a USD 50 rescheduling fee.
- Exam Retake: For all proctored exams, students are allowed 2 Free Retakes. If they are unable to pass the exam after the 2 Free Retakes, they may purchase an additional retake by paying a USD 50 retake fee.
- Limitation of Liability: In the event of any dispute or perceived failure to provide the agreed-upon service, BALearning™ will only be liable for the amount paid by the student as the course fee. BALearning™ will not be responsible for lost wages, travel expenses, or any other incidental costs incurred by the student. Under no circumstances will the total reimbursement provided by balearning.com exceed the amount paid by the student for the membership or exam.
- Proprietary use of balearning.com study material: We will provide you with course content, which is the proprietary property of balearning.com. Therefore, no part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, transmitted in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise), or translated into any language without our prior written consent. Any such activity constitutes a violation of copyright laws. You also confirm that you are solely participating in BALearning™ certification exams and have no affiliation with any company that provides training for non-BALearning™ partners.
- Information Confidentiality: BALearning™ will not distribute your personal information or disclose your personal details to anyone, except on a case-by-case basis after proper verification of the requester or in compliance with legal requirements. Your personal information may also be used to inform you about other courses offered by BALearning™. Additionally, information about your course registration may be shared with co-workers in your company who request references for our course.
- Non-Solicitation Policy: If you pass the BALearning™ certification exam, your name will be added to the BALearning™ certification registry. You may also be featured in photos or videos of BALearning™ classes showcasing our teaching methods.
- In the event of a dispute, the decision of VMEdu, Inc. dba BALearning shall be considered final.
- VMEdu, Inc. dba BALearning reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
