Eligibility varies by certification level.
General Guidelines:
1. Foundation-level certifications (BAFC)
- Open to all candidates
- No mandatory prerequisites
- Course completion recommended before taking the exam
2. Advanced or Professional-level certifications (BAEC, BAPC, BALC etc)
- May require prior certification
- Relevant work experience may be required
- Completion of accredited training program may be mandatory

How to Access the Exam
To take an unproctored exam:
- Login to online.vmedu.com
- Go to My Exams
- Search for your certification
- Click Take Exam or Retake Exam
- Select language
- Begin the exam
After passing, your certificate will be available under: My Certificates tab
Exam Environment & Requirements
To ensure a smooth experience, please review the requirements carefully.
You must have:
- Desktop or laptop computer
- Logged-in access to your BALearning account
- Stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps recommended)
- Updated browser (Chrome recommended)
- Quiet, distraction-free environment
N.B: Mobile devices are not recommended for certification exams.
Pre-Exam Checklist
Before starting your exam, please ensure the following:
- Your device is ready and connected to power, if needed
- Internet connection is stable
- Quiet room is ready
- Unnecessary applications and browser tabs are closed
- Your exam instructions and login details are available
Start the exam only when you are ready to complete it without interruption.
During the Exam (Rules)
- Read each question carefully before submitting your answer.
- Complete the exam independently without external assistance.
- Do not use mobile phones or secondary devices during the exam.
- Do not use unauthorized materials or websites during the exam.
- Do not switch tabs or applications during the exam.
- Keep your internet connection stable and avoid refreshing the exam window.
- Submit your answers within the allotted time.
Violation of these rules may result in exam cancellation.
After the Exam (Results & Certificate)
- Exam results will be available after evaluation as per the exam guidelines.
- You will receive a result notification via email once the results are declared.
- If you pass the exam, your certificate will be issued and made available in your account.
- You can download the certificate from the My Certificates section.
Once you pass:
- Your certificate will be issued after the results are declared.
- The certificate will be available in your account under My Certificates.
- You can download the certificate directly from the portal.
- Please allow some time for the certificate to be issued after results are declared.
- Refresh your account and check the My Certificates section.
- Ensure your name and email ID are correctly updated in your profile.
- If the issue persists, please contact Support through the Help Desk with your exam details.
